ABBOT’S RETREAT is a weekend ASZC retreat emphasizing Zen meditation (zazen) and includes training in Zen & dharma dialog protocols. Schedule will wrap around the regular Just Sit Saturday, Sunday Morning zazen, Heart Sutra Service, and Online Dharma Dialog.
